My journey into UX design began after completing my undergraduate degree in Industrial Design. I realised that my passion lay not only in the aesthetics and functionality of products, but also in understanding how psychological principles can enhance design. This revelation led me to turn to UX design to create products that truly resonate with users. For me, the cornerstone of effective UX design is inclusivity. Design can only flourish when it is able to transcend boundaries and biases and embrace a wide range of perspectives.
